New users typically enter NetRisk through an invitation or an initial workspace onboarding flow.

What users need before signing up

• a valid business email
• the correct workspace invitation or registration link
• awareness of whether the organization uses standard sign-in or SSO

Expected sign-up outcome

After sign-up, the user should be able to:

• access the assigned workspace
• see the correct role and permissions
• continue to the platform sign-in experience

Admin guidance

If sign-up fails, verify:

• the user was invited to the correct workspace
• the email domain is expected
• SSO enforcement is not blocking local account creation
