Forgot Password

Recover access to NetRisk when a user cannot sign in with their current password.

Forgot Password

Password recovery is relevant only for workspaces using standard sign-in. SSO-managed users should recover access through the identity provider.

Recovery process

  1. Start the password reset flow from the sign-in screen.
  2. Submit the correct email address.
  3. Use the recovery link to set a new password.
  4. Sign in again and confirm workspace access.

If recovery does not work

  • confirm the user is using the correct email
  • check whether the workspace requires SSO instead of password authentication
  • review delivery problems for reset emails
  • escalate to the service desk if the user remains blocked
