Forgot Password
Password recovery is relevant only for workspaces using standard sign-in. SSO-managed users should recover access through the identity provider.
Recovery process
- Start the password reset flow from the sign-in screen.
- Submit the correct email address.
- Use the recovery link to set a new password.
- Sign in again and confirm workspace access.
If recovery does not work
- confirm the user is using the correct email
- check whether the workspace requires SSO instead of password authentication
- review delivery problems for reset emails
- escalate to the service desk if the user remains blocked
