Last updated: June 2, 2026Version: 1.0
NetRisk is currently provided as a free limited beta. The service is experimental, may change, and is provided without warranties or service-level commitments.

Beta service

NetRisk is currently an early-stage beta service. Features may change, break, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

The service is provided free of charge during the beta, subject to usage limits, eligibility rules, and abuse-prevention controls.

Account eligibility

NetRisk free beta access may require a work email address. Public or personal email domains may be blocked to reduce fake accounts, spam, and misuse.

We may approve, reject, suspend, or limit access at our discretion.

Usage limits

Free beta usage may be limited by monthly quotas, rate limits, scan limits, AI question limits, upload limits, export limits, or other operational restrictions.

Usage limits may change at any time during the beta.

Lawful business use

You may only use NetRisk to submit, analyze, or review corporate domains, vendor names, URLs, documents, questionnaires, or other materials where you have a lawful business purpose, authorization, or legitimate third-party risk management interest.

You must not use NetRisk for unauthorized scanning, exploitation, disruption, surveillance, harassment, abuse, or any unlawful purpose.

User responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • The information you submit.
  • Ensuring you have the right to submit vendor or third-party information.
  • Reviewing and validating important findings.
  • Complying with applicable laws and contracts.
  • Keeping your account secure.
  • Not bypassing usage limits or security controls.

AI-assisted outputs

NetRisk may use AI to summarize evidence, classify risks, generate explanations, identify missing context, and support vendor risk analysis.

AI-generated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or based on limited evidence. NetRisk does not provide legal, audit, compliance certification, procurement, financial, or security advice.

No warranty

NetRisk is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose.

We do not guarantee that all vendor risks, vulnerabilities, compliance gaps, security issues, or missing evidence will be detected.

No SLA

The free beta does not include any service-level agreement, uptime commitment, support commitment, response-time commitment, or availability guarantee.

Intellectual property

NetRisk, including its software, design, workflows, risk models, content, documentation, templates, and branding, remains proprietary unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Using the free beta does not grant ownership of NetRisk software, source code, designs, models, trademarks, or intellectual property.

User data

You retain ownership of the data, documents, vendor information, and materials you submit. You grant NetRisk a limited right to process this information to provide, secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the service.

Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, comments, screenshots, ideas, or improvement requests, you allow NetRisk to use them to improve, develop, modify, and commercialize the service without compensation or obligation.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe there is misuse, abuse, unauthorized activity, risk to the service, violation of these Terms, or other harmful behavior.

You may stop using NetRisk at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NetRisk and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or business losses arising from use of the free beta.

Changes

We may update these Terms as NetRisk evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
