NetRisk support is intentionally scoped while the product is in beta. Use this page to find the right public contact path without submitting sensitive vendor evidence.

Support scope

NetRisk can help with beta access, pilot scoping, product questions, account access questions, and public trust or legal page review.

Public support is not a place to submit vendor evidence, confidential questionnaires, private security findings, or customer production data.

Beta limitations

NetRisk is currently a free limited beta and design-partner pilot product. Features, response times, and support coverage may change as the product matures.

Public support does not include a production SLA, response-time commitment, emergency hotline, managed security service, or professional advisory commitment.

Security and disclosure

If you believe you found a vulnerability in NetRisk, use the Responsible Disclosure page and send a private report to security@netrisk.io.

Please avoid testing third-party systems, disrupting service, or accessing data that does not belong to you.

Lead capture and pilots

For paid pilot, beta, or founder conversation requests, use the public pricing page. The lead form opens a safe email fallback and asks only for company, role, work email, domain, vendor count range, pain point, and desired pilot timeline.
