License

NetRisk.io, including its software, source code, application design, user interface, workflows, risk models, AI-assisted processes, documentation, templates, graphics, text, branding, and related materials, is owned by its operator or licensors.

No rights are granted except the limited right to access and use the free beta in accordance with the Terms of Use.

You retain ownership of the vendor information, documents, notes, questionnaire answers, evidence, and other materials you submit.

You grant NetRisk a limited permission to process submitted information to provide, secure, maintain, analyze, and improve the service.

You must not:

• Copy, clone, resell, sublicense, or commercialize NetRisk.
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Scrape, mass download, or replicate NetRisk content or workflows.
• Use NetRisk branding without permission.
• Remove legal notices or ownership notices.
• Use the service to build a competing product through unauthorized copying.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, or improvement requests, you allow NetRisk to use them to improve, develop, modify, and commercialize the service without compensation or obligation.

NetRisk may use open-source software components. Those components remain governed by their respective open-source licenses.
